We’re excited to share the details of our first Aera home—a 900-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the Waters Edge community, just south of Nashville. This project will be the first full implementation of the Aera pod and panel system, marking a major milestone in our approach to sustainable homebuilding.

Last summer, Aera partnered with the Wonderful People Microfarm to build a 300-sq foot cabin, marking the first test of the Aera Building System. This project allowed us to refine our CLT panel construction process, test critical components like walls, roofing, and windows, and gain valuable insights to shape the future of sustainable, high-performance homes.
